Apparently in the mix if the Browns don’t take a QB with their 1st Pick-(Saquon Barkley)...they also own the Houston Texans 1st Round Pick which is 4th Overall...From the article:

• The general consensus has USC’s Sam Darnold and UCLA’s Josh Rosenas the top prospects. Louisville’s Lamar Jackson and Oklahoma’s Baker Mayfield lurk in the background as legitimate options if the Browns take a quarterback with the fourth overall pick instead of the first. It's a shame the O line and defense didn't play better and harder and get more wins while we had Lamar. He's all that saved us.

Right now Cleveland may be the worst slot possible for a rookie quarterback.
