11-7 in this monster conference will be top 4 at worst. I would consider it pretty good because 13-5 will probably win it. Given the circumstances with our team being built from nothing returning and all of the other teams building with returners as part of their roster I'd take it this year even though I'm hoping for better.

They are predicting KY to go 11-7. What do you think?
That would give us 11 losses (unless we won the SECT or NCAAT).

Which means we'd go 22-9 in the regular season. And something like 26-11 overall. Most in this thread are saying that would be OK. But if it happens, the majority of the board will have a melt down.

I'm going with:
UT & Auburn at 13-5
UK & Alabama at 12-6
Florida at 11-7
Ark & Okl at 10-8
TAMU, Missouri, Ole Miss, & Miss St at 9-9
LSU at 7-11
UGA & Vandy at 6-12
Texas at 5-13
USC at 3-15

Lunardi has 13 SEC teams in the NCAA Tournament, with Mizzou as first team out. Vandy is the last team in.

It’s plausible for sure. I think this team is closer 13-5 or 14-4, IF they play hard night in and night out, however when you factor in SEC refs this team could also go 10-8. So yeah, I’m hoping for 13-5 but I wouldn’t be completely shocked at 10-8 either the way this team goes hot and cold.

I think we split with Tennessee and win at Texas and possibly lose at Oklahoma.

The SEC will do their normal disappearing act.

They care about beating only team, UK!

Makes their year if they can.
No, that was the Cal effect. If that guy could give away games for free, in the name of greater prosperity for certain players, he would.

Not me. I also don't think 4 combined wins in sec and ncaa is likely.

Hard to say the SEC is the best conference by far in the country hope the experience Ky has, helps Ky to win the conference.

Hope so but I think 13/14 wins is extremely unlikely here.

Heck the team that ends up winning this conference might not even get to that.

If this conference is as good as it has been so far, we are looking at a TON of records hovering around .500 in conference.

I think he is being pretty fair for this group honestly. They have clear limits that will hinder them all year. A sweet 16 for this group and your really happy.
Inagree to disagree. Only 2 sec tourney wims and only 2 tourney wins woth what this team has already accomplished is overly cautious oand Im putting it nicely.

We don’t lose to TN twice. They are overrated and have not played a team that is currently ranked.

If the defense gets better on the ball I tend to agree with you, but the ball screen defense is my main concern for why they will struggle in league play at times

I agree, I was thinking if they lose 8 or less I would be happy. The SEC may not have any easy wins this year.
