This is the finale of the exhibition season for Duke (8:00 pm - ACC Network or ESPN 3). This should resemble more of what we will see to start the season for the Devils. That means there may be less time for guys like Vrank, Jack and maybe even Javin unless they've shown enough in practice to warrant an early season deep bench.

Duke will be playing Augustana (S.D.), the defending Division II National Champions (as is customary of K at Duke). They start their season ranked #18 in Division II and face a fair amount of turnover from last season. They have a junior heavy team and are looking to reload for their season.

This shouldn't be a huge test for Duke. The biggest thing will be cleaning up PG play, lowering turnovers and still creating turnovers on defense. I'd like to see the team eclipse 100 points tonight. That would be a good sign that the ball is moving well. Harry is still out and Tatum will suit up but will not play. He should be good to play against Marist on Nov. 11.

Seriously, I'd like to see us continue with the traps. Looked really good. I want to see more effort in getting the ball down low to Bolden. And above all, defense in the paint, stopping easy layups.

Bolden not in the starting lineup and not on the floor for warm-ups. Anyone heard anything related to Marques?

A buddy of mine is at the game tonight and that is what he just told me. Jayson and Harry in street clothes and Marques is no where to be seen.

Adam Rowe just tweeted it also. Not sure what is going on, hoping he is just stuck on the porcelain throne.

Boy, with this lineup, we could run teams off the floor. That's something Jeter brings in my opinion.

Yeah but the guy on him is like 6 inches shorter, if Duke played d2 I'd be buying my 40-0 T-shirt! He does look a LOT more comfortable than last game.

If I had to guess, he's likely ill. He's there in warm up gear and doesn't seem to be hurt at all.

The announcers also said that Bolden "may not play tonight". Sounds like he's sick.

True enough. The illness guess was before they said that.

We seem to be "resting" guys pretty early in the year. Not sure what to make of it.
