Gotta go Chick-fil-A I’ve only eaten at Popeyes a few times and underwhelmed every time honestly. CFA could be the best fast food place overall not just chicken.
**** man. the chicken at the Old Bridge General store and gas station not far from the house is better and cheaper than any of that crap. get your moneys worth there every time.

What kind of chicken we talking? Fried chicken, chicken tenders, chicken fillets and patties?
A chesters just opened in my town but i haven’t tried yet. you ever had their gizzards? when i want chicken i usually go to my local kroger—they have very good fried chicken—especially if you get it hot out of the pressure fryer.

I always loved the livers at Lees, but there aren't any near me 
I think KFC and Popeye's depend upon the individual store. Both are terrible in the stores in my area.
Naw no livers, but tenders are the size of your arm and delicious Im a once a week kinda of guy on my chicken fix,got Canes in BG this year its a favorite my go to is and has been for a while is chester’s tenders and a sauce of thats days choosing.

Hatties is a chicken place located in Saratoga Springs and was featured in a Throwdown episode with Bobby Flay, stopped by another location of theirs for lunch today and ordered the shrimp po-boy with a side piece of Nashville Hot. Some good **** and the NH kicked my ***...
Wife’s free range chickens are great. Hit em In the head with a 7 iron, let the dog pluck the feathers off, and pull out the guts while watching the golf channel. Throw the whole mess into a washtub of boiling water and hot sauce. Presto. Supper. Flower bed scratching dipshits.
Lee's founder, Lee Cummings, was the nephew of Colonel Sanders. KFC has lost it's flavor but Lee's is very reminiscent of KFC when it was still Kentucky Fried Chicken. Have to agree with starchief5 though, tough to choose because quality is so inconsistent between stores.

Used to be KFC for me but, they have fallen off lately so Popeye's is the front runner now.
The KFC sammich is a contender. It’s right up there with CFA and Popeyes. KFC is not known for their consistency, so your mileage may vary.
Inconsistency is why I picked Zaxbys. They've got that down and the blue salad is the best fast food salad available. Also big points for serving drinks with that good ice.
Zaxby's Signature Sandwich kicks major ***. As good as Popeye's, if not better. Grabbed takeout three weekends in a row. Sweet Tea = awesome. Cobb salad = lovely.
I’m off caffeine, but their sweet tea is great. So is Cane’s.
I'll probably hit up Lee's for takeout next week during my visit back to SE KY.
Recently found out through Yelp that this place in BFE New Jersey the wife and myself liked a lot closed down, had some damn fine honey dipped fried chicken.
