Sounds like a great AG our President appointed then. Guess Trump took too laid back of an approach to setting his Justice Department.....makes sense.

You cannot be a witness and part of the prosecution. Rosentstene should be made to recuse himself and a new person appointed to oversee Mueller.

I posted three articles about Mueller, did you read them? I guess those are fine examples of prosecutorial leadership.
I did. I doubt any prosecutor bats 1.000, but those hit pieces you posted didn't add up to anything in my mind. Look, we get it, you will defend Trump no matter what.

I'm not defending Trump, far from it. I think he is a cad. You can make life choice mistakes early in life but if he did what those ladies allege, I think they are true, there is no excuse for that. However, the Boston case cost the taxpayers 100 mill in settlements, the Anthrax was another 4 mill. It's not batting a 1,000, it's about are you correct in your choices. Andrew Weismann attended HRC winning celebration but has been overturned everywhere. FYI, Trey Gowdy never lost a case. #betterathisjobthanmueller. When people go to jail for something that he knew they didn't do, and die there, that is inexcusable.

"So,Rod Rosenstein called for @POTUS to fire Comey, then launched Special Counsel to investigate @realDonaldTrump for firing him!"

That is pretty ******.
He is a witness and a prosecutor. Conflict of interest. Trump should ask that he be recused by the Attorney gen. If he refuses, then he, his lawyers, should go to a judge, present the evidence and ask for a forced recusal.

For this, all three, Sessions, Rosenstine
Gowdy and Nunes get to see memo.
Again in a redacted state, Been listening to news and FBI says the reason they cannot show their work before redactions is that Congress talks to much and leaks to press. Duh, FBI does the same thing and some info they release for a purpose. Congress just releases to curry favor with press and to show their importance.

Looks like they all are guilty of leaks. Congress has the Constitutional duty of oversight. If they leak, why not try the person(s) for treason? If they have the balls/need to leak, let there be a price for the deed.

it can be fixed, fire all three (Sessions for failure to supervise Rosenstien; Rosenstein for getting warrant under false pretenses and failure to supervise Muller; Muller for deviating too far from his purpose for being retained. Or if he has completed his assigned task, make final report and retire).

Appoint acting AG(dodge congressional approval - not coming; promote friendly FBI agent to replace Rosenstein; and hire Special Council to resume Muller's investigation of Trump and add Hillary(and family to include the Clinton Foundation).

For this, all three, Sessions, Rosenstine and Muller, are fired for various reasons. Remove and hire a new team that is a bit more friendly.

There is no differentiation in congressional oversight for potential leaks. We elect the senate to oversee the executive branch. The FBI thinking they can put terms on that is corrupt.

Trump has created a hell of a lot of jobs for the country. What has that other fellow contributed to humanity?

This is gamesmanship. They aren't threatening to charge them anymore, matter of fact they thanked them. They saw enough, but sounds like some is being used elsewhere.

That's exactly what happened. About one week after writing his memo on Comey, he appoints Mueller as a SP.
It's so great that Rosenstein is running circles around and dunking all over the MAGAers. lol

I wonder what his next trick will be?

Rosenstein was @ the WH today. Wonder what feats of magic he pulled off today? I bet he change the Constitution right under Trump's nose.

I would consider it an amazing feat if you were actually right about something one day, lost some weight, or stopped lying.

So he didn't write the memo about Comey's performance? Recommending a change in leadership in the FBI? He didn't the appoint a SP because of Trump firing Comey?

So all the news stories are incorrect?

Instead of always trying to be facetious, take an honest look at the timeline of events. If you're honest, even you can admit that it's crazy series of events.

Not at all. I'm totally agreeing with you and I think it's fantastic. The world's greatest deal maker/President is being openly conned by his ASSISTANT AG. It's classic.

And BTW, Trump has openly admitted, on several occasions, that he fired Comey because of the Russia investigation. Acting like Comey was fired because of the Rosenstein memo and asking me to be honest? lmao.
