FC: BOT schedules vote to remove Barry and bar him from ever serving again

He'd curse out, as town drunks do, anyone who told him to calm down. He'd never stop his rants, despite pleas to relax, until he passed out.

And then, whenever they attempted to control him, or throw him out, everyone says this is further evidence of corruption.

In the meetings that were on video, you saw how Barry acted. It was obviously wrong, and these rants weren't meant to be supportive of change, or even informative. It was just off-topic rants that rambled. It wasn't effective. It wasn't constructive.

And then you guys respond to this with "I knew it! No matter what we do, they don't want to hear our voices! They're just going to keep stealing food and failing to rename the place!"

Barry should found an alt bot. They could crash bot meetings, throw garbage at Old Main, sh|t in the onion dip, promote their agenda at football games, etc.

If anyone has a list of businesses linked to board leadership, I would be happy to no longer spend my money at those establishments.

On a specific note, I was thinking about giving the Trophy Room a visit downtown. Does anyone know if it is owned or linked to board leadership?

And I don’t care if anyone else boycotts or not. I know the effectiveness is iffy. But I only do business with the university in regard to tickets. They don’t get a dime from me otherwise due to their corruption. (And I haven’t spent a dime at the Creamery since Rodless’s name went on it.)

You should run for the BOT....you'd fit right in. Some of the complicit BOT members might need some of your micro-loans.

Again, I'll harp on the goodwill argument he recently put forth. It'd be like some alleged professor of math arguing that your university's math department is corrupt because 9x9=83. And, to that, you'd probably say "shut up ... no one could be that stupid ... what a ridiculous hypothetical" ... yeah, that's the point. That's the guy you chose to investigate and save the university from these alleged financial missteps. Either he's a liar/fraud, or completely inept. And given the totality of the circumstances, I'd say both could be in play. Very little of what he said or did made sense, or appeared to be in good faith.

I truly believe this. Some guy on the internet saying "I don't think they're being forthright ... therefore, they're corrupt" and then a bunch of other guys yelling "yeah, corrupt! corrupt! corrupt!" isn't really convincing evidence.
