Used to love all the nonsense with hat switching during live announcements, last minute flips, and other signing day craziness (SEC kids were the best at this - surprising even their own families). Though less exciting and more predictable, I appreciate that CJF makes an effort to get the fans pumped up and the new players excited. Who knows - maybe we’ll get a surprise transfer announcement today?

Also - @Tom McAndrew - not sure if you want two threads for signing day, but starting with PSU here…

Everyone knows they don't even have to enter the Lasch Building - there is an outside canopy area for them.

When leaving Lasch, that door is actually on the left for players backing their bags and leaving after the Peach Bowl. Kidding not kidding.

Pitt guys have been doing this for years . I always order the medium pizza and they deliver the large .

Only time will tell how this class pans out. For the record, they finished 14th and 3rd in the B1G behind Ohio State and Oregon. On a side note, I enjoyed Oregon poaching one of Ohio State’s highly ranked recruits on signing day.

We’ll see. I think it is going to be a lot more interesting. I think there is way too much money involved with the expansion for the B1G 2 to exist as they have been. OSU looks to be in a bit of disarray as it is. Wait until they get a few more competitive games every year. I’m looking forward to it.
