I've had Del Rossi's and Angelos this year. I put them at the top and would say they're probably interchangeable.

I don't subscribe to the nyt, nor pay attention to Michelin unless it involves my tires. Big Mike's in Forksville (ribeye) and my favorite Sock girl at Mileto's (sirloin) in Newberry deserve mention though.

Big Mike’s is outstanding. JD’s in Sinking Spring also makes a damn good cheesesteak.
