I might watch a punt pass kick competition, and the old fastest man competitions were always fun.

The Pro Bowl has been a joke for decades. It assuaged egos and nothing more.

With 17 games and a continued focus on player health/safety, it had to go.

They’ll find another way to recognize top players in each conference.

Tackle football just doesn’t lend itself well to exhibitions.

When the game was held in Hawaii there was a vacation reward for the players. I went to 2 Pro Bowls when I was in Hawaii and it was great to see the players. I even ran into Franco Harris in the local supermarket. But those days are gone and the game has become a clown act. Best it be gone.

I haven't even known when the Pro Bowl was taking place for at least a decade now. I might actually tune in if the skills comps are taken seriously and the better players are actually there.

They wouldn’t be in the Super Bowl so that gives them a chance to play in the pro bowl.

Never really liked the Pro Bowl... I always thought of it as... If you make me look good on this play- I'll make you look good on the next play type of game

Put some stakes in it. Top 3 draft picks up for grabs between the bottom 3 based on the events and work your way up through the non-playoff teams.

It has to have SOME meaning or its a waste. 40 years ago, it was one more week of football when you had 2-3 games on TV tops. Now, you have done burned through HS, college, and the NFL season to see guys play half speed at the end.

It is better than two hand touch that the Pro Bowl has become. Omaha Productions is going to cover some of the skill competitions and Peyton is going to help coach one of the teams. If they mic'd him up with a lot of other players as they are playing, it could be interesting and might get decent ratings.

This is a great idea. They had something like this back in the day. It was like battle of the network stars.

Some of the guys riding a bike, swimming, and rowing a canoe were hilarious.

Oh man. There's a blast from the past. The tug of war was always a big event. And after googling, I discovered an event from one episode was Mexican Fishing Boat Race. I have no idea what that is but I think it should be an event for the NFL all-stars.

Playing flag football is what they were doing any way. Been saying they should do away with the actual game for years. Name the players who are pro bowlers and forger the game.
