There is zero reason for this guy to continue on for another game. I know there’s a significant buyout, but they can’t afford to keep him.

You are exactly right. Anyone who thinks TU can AFFORD to drag its feet on this and keep Wilson isn’t paying attention or simply doesn’t understand business.
Sometimes you have to spend money to make money , TU is going to lose millions trying to save a dollar if that’s how they want to play it , and as far as I’m concerned , we have pretty much already “ dropped football” because whatever this we are watching is not football
Idiot moniker was focused on the IF THEN logic, and more importantly the THEN.
I’m not completely sure, but I know there’s a fairly significant number TU would have to pay to make him go away. No matter what that number is, it’s a small price to pay. This was the worst hire in TU athletics since John Philips and Keith Burns. This may be worse than Burns.
I would add John Benn and Derrick Gragg to that list. A bad AD can ruin a program.

No link. It was a group for which I volunteer and he made a strong statement of high expectations and ambitions. He did not seem too patient.
Well there really couldn’t have been a worse loss this season (outside losing to FCS).
Certainly a factor. That and giving a coach a chance to right the ship. Again that is my opinion of the thinking around it and not direct knowledge.
This was a ginmeee win and we got blown out.

TU couldn't handle Temple and UAB. There are no more wins on the schedule, and a couple thrashings are more likely. The lack of purpose and performance today was shocking and actually unexpected after last week's thrilling win. No phase of the game was played with any passion. It appears KW has lost his team, and the fans have another lost season.
Look at his tweets from a week ago. There are plenty of OU homers acting like Tulsa is below him and we should be bowing down to him.
