EL said "Tonight is bad" and he laments all the hits in RU backfield. Schiano thinks Kirk is a genius but I think he's easy prep for decent DC

Should have never been hired. What’s that guys name from the board that stormed Hobbs office demanding this bum be signed lol.
Another warning on the incompetence of Hobbs. A good AD doesn't allow themselves to be bullied like that. A good AD would have had a list ready well in advance of Ash being fired (since everyone knew that was a forgone conclusion) and the minute Ash was gone, would have been on the phone with candidate #1 and wrapping them up right away.

Count me in doing it now or this weekend and replace him with Joe Woodley, 80-9 career HC record.

Curt Cignetti was paid 427K in 2024 . Coaches are out there and no need to rush out for overrated HCs with past glories or overrated "star" coordinators that have to start at 7 million

Yep, reasonably frustrated... how much it translated to effort to fire Schiano is the question mark...

(I made a post on reddit, got many comments about the athletics dept.'s finances; listened to the TKR podcast, and the staff aren't heavily confidence that we fired him this season either despite how last night was a disaster already

As an old mentor used to say. You don’t fire without already having a plan for the hire. And plan meant having “discussions” and “agreements” in place.
