NU will try to snap its five-game losing streak tonight at No. 10 Wisconsin. This will be the Cats' SEVENTH straight ranked opponent, and the last two have been in the Top 10 (NU's previous record for consecutive ranked opponents was four.) That's why NU has the No. 1 strength of schedule in the nation, according to KenPom.

Amazingly, Chris Collins has more wins at the Kohl Center than any other opposing coach since he took over in Evanston in 2013-14. He is 3-3 in Madison in his career, with two wins against Top-15 Badger teams. The last one was in Feb. 2017, over then-No. 7 Wisconsin.

D'Mitrik Trice (15.0 points and 3.6 assists per game) and Micah Potter (12.3 points and 7.0 rebounds per game) will be the guys to watch for the Badgers.

Another cold start from 3 point range for us. Zero confidence.

Clearly a travel by Micah Potter before the break - uncalled.

Some nice action on offense. But man, we can’t shoot from deep. Micah Potter shoots better than our guards right now.

That zone leads to so many wide open shots. Everyone has figured it out. Feed the high post and it opens up the wing 3.

Collins got in Beran's face at the timeout and deservedly. Hopefully this will wake up Robbie.

Chase hits the three and nullifies it with a technical. Geezus!

Awful final possession. Get up a shot at least!

Collins was saying “my bad” to the players. Not helpful.

Our players just don't have good basketball IQ it seems. Buie does some stupid things, Audige is out of control, and even that last play of the half was just stupid. Arrgh.

That was awful.

At least we didn’t hand the ball over for a layup or a foul. I would have liked Berry to have a chance there. He has been consigned to a spot-up shooting role and that lack of involvement might carry over to his being inattentive on D.
