Our half court offense is not pretty. The BIG season will be tough.

Perception of our offense surely changes with some height and speed on the other side. Our defense was competent last season - minus falling in love with a 1-3-1 after Providence missed a million open shots.

The bad shot selection and turnovers are maddening.

Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. This game should not be within single digits. Audige is good, but he needs to not try to be a one-man team.

Providence missed 50 field goals in that game. Pitt has missed 30 (!) in the first half tonight.

These announcers are so pro Pitt. Not enjoying it at all. I wish I knew how to sync up WGN. It’s all about how Pitt is missing. We’ve been terrible too but are clearly the better team. It’s like they’re just rooting for Pitt to come back on us

We’ve been in control of pretty much this entire game but it’s still concerning. I just don’t see this working in conference and I’m just sick and tired of being a doormat in the BIG. Oh well...

Can't rebound. No offense from Nance or Boo, so far and of course like last year terrible shooting percent. Good thing Pitt can't hit anything even layups.

Boo had and excellent move and shot when he got fouled for 3. He’s streaky give it time. Nance needs to get a rhythm yet. That 3 he drained after “ONE MORE” when audige was tryna hog the ball a bit might get him in it. Rebounding is what I’d be most upset about.

I feel like Pitt can turn around their performance far more easily than the Cats. They start hitting some of the easy shots they've been missing and NU falls behind quickly in the 2nd half.

Really hard to see what NU is trying to do in their half court offense. Looks like a lot of chucking to my eyes.

If anything can be easily turned around, it’s our chucking. I agree that Pitt is unlikely to shoot as poorly in the 2nd half, but chucking is a choice.
