When they were released, they were both very unique comedies. Both are very quotable, even after all these years. Half Baked was full of great comedians, but it lacked one major thing: someone as hot as Nia Long. Which one you got?

I like both I’m going with Half Baked. It’s pretty creative and I can’t let my kids catch me watching it.

Tough one.

I love both movies. Friday had a bit of drama in it, playing out kind of like Boyz N The Hood.. it might be a "better" movie.

But Half Baked has that cult status and is infinitely rewatchable. If the two are on at the same time, I'd probably pick Half Baked just for the overall humor.

I like Friday because I think Chris Tucker outperformed Dave Chappelle. Both were awesome, but Chris Tucker gives a legendary performance.

Love both. But Half Baked.

I went to see it the day it came out in Lexington in 1998. Whole theater, myself and friends included, smelled like a giant roach. Concession sales were strong for that showing.

When they were first released, I preferred Friday by a huge margin.

But as I’ve aged, I’ll take Half Baked for pure rewatchability.
