Mesenbrink and Lilledahl will fix this right up! 🤪

Lilledahl has another year of HS, right? If Robbie Howard has 2 good shoulders, he will be more than capable at 125 this year. Mesenbrink may challenge Facundo at 165 and could potentially take the spot, yes.
Yes. Remember Mesenbrink beat Haines twice.

True, but Haines will be on the mat this year, at one weight or another. He’s an animal. Messenbrink is right up Penn St’s alley with his hi-octane offense. It’s amazing to watch. Same when I watch CStar and Aaron B- they make wrestling look so damn easy, and it really isn’t. It’s painful and tiring

Remember Haines wrestled a full tournament first and mesenbrink was waiting first best of 3.

Given the Iowa suspensions and expected gap between PSU and other teams, any chance we redshirt a starter (Haines, Bartlett)?

Yeah, but keep waiting to see when that OSU match will take place. 😁😁

I live in FL now, but I will be up for that event. Can’t wait
Keep waiting, unfortunately. I'd be pleasantly surprised if the schedule is out before the start of October.

Ugh - I’d like to book flights ASAP, but oh well.
Yeah, it's a bummer. I do think they try and lock in basketball schedules before wrestling so they know when they can fit wrestling matches into some school's bigger arenas. But the wrestling schedule just always feels like it comes out much later than it needs to.
