Earle, Miami is on its way to becoming the Dubai of the United States. The 5$ bill has replaced the 1$ bill, and the $100 bill has replaced the $20 bill,
in Miami. I travel a lot, and every inch you go south from Lauderdale is more and more an Epic market place.
I will not be remotely surprised at some point when they build another peninsula or three to have some more high value land.
