Quick question, if he never played/coached at UK...would it be that big of a deal? I personally fear him going to UofL because I know he will light it up.Again with these neal brown crap.

If he didn't run his mouth about us and have strong UK ties maybe. Missing out on a native son in Brohm over money and replacing him with an alleged slapd1ck won't do any good for Tyra.

Yeah, the other candidates will take less, for now. Their second or third season, another school will approach offering 4 or 5 million while UofL is paying 3 mill.
Louisville is the ACC, not C-USA.

IF WKU didn't go calling for Neal Brown why the hell would Louisville want or should hire him? WKU paid Pertrino,Brohm more than Troy does Brown now .
Brown isn't leaving for a non-P5 job yet. Especially to head to WKU.
At this point he should have bigger ambitions.
WKU should set their sights higher than Neal Brown. I mean yeah...he's taken Troy on the road and won at Baton Rouge against an LSU team that ended the year in the top 20...on his way to possibly 3 straight 10 win seasons...3rd straight bowl appearance after not making one for 4 years before he was hired....2-0 in bowl games....and this is at Troy....but hey he's not on WKU's level because he coached at sUcKs one time (like Mike Leach 20 years ago and he turned out bad)! Awful coach! Very Sad!
Mack Brown getting 5yr/17.5M at UNC. Thats much more reasonable than some of the amounts I hear flying around.

He is going to have to do a lot of explaining to an unhappy fan base if he doesn't get this done. Ordinarily I would expect that he might have issues getting money approved from the BoT but, they should not with Brohm. Unless we're talking 6M + - this is a no-brainer situation.
