For us fans, can this football program be any more embarrassing right now?

The answer is a hard NO . . . I've been following USC football since the late 1960s and I've truly had enough of this crap and all the lame excuses week after week and the reasons why this program can't be successful. Go ahead and flame away if you wish. I've had it.

Shane's failure to call timeout the last 20 seconds of the 1st half was unforgivable. The fact that he didn't because he thought our previous pass was incomplete is infuriating. He's become a laughing stock. Let's not forget how he got played in the bowl game.

It really is frustrating to see a guy "still learning" at our expense, in his fifth year on the job.

At this point, if the powers that be stick with the “leadership” that brought us yesterday’s disaster, then yes, that would be more embarrassing.

Precisely. Wasted 5+ seconds. Typical mismanagement. We had all the momentum in the first half. You go for the td. Sellers had just had a nice run down to their 10 yard line.

It's my understanding that money is not a barrier in firing the Nepo Baby. Regardless, I doubt the trigger is pulled. The only bright spot for me is that I don't pay money to watch that clown show. For those who do, PT Barnum had them in mind when he spoke.

You are really flirting with fate when you ask if a Gamecock program could possibly be more embarrassing. The unfortunate answer is always "yes." We have just such an opportunity next Saturday. And another the following Saturday.

True, watch what you ask for. Coastal could win by 20 and taters by 30 at Billy B!!

Well, we could have lost 65-0, which I would have felt more likely than losing by one point. Yes a terrible loss but yes it could have been worse.

Gamecocks claiming to have "inside info" were saying that only a loss to coastal would cause a firing this year.

That was before yesterday. Now, i saw one saying the team has been lost.
