Anybody following how guys from last year are performing on new teams?? Pryce has been great for a good Nebraska. Brock has been pretty good for a middle of the pack Big 12 team. Creighton probably wishes it could send back Owen back. Dix has been fine.

I personally could care less where they went or how they are doing. They all left for a bag so they aren't Hawkeyes anymore.

I like how this new team defends and passes the ball.
If Fran had gone to a Public U, would they have followed him? Ivy's tough to get into.

I actually just posted this either in another thread or group text, I can't remember.

Here's my rankings:
1.Brock Harding (TCU)- starter and has been huge in some upset wins. He's scoring, getting good assists and not turning it over *too* much.

2. Pryce Sandfort (Nebraska) - could argue he's 1. Starter and usually a top scorer on a good Nebraska team. He's hitting 3s consistently.

3. Josh Dix (Creighton) - having a solid year while starting and playing most minutes. He's not doing enough to take over games and Creighton is losing games they should win... or be more competitive. They are 5-4.

4. Seydou Traore (Utah) - averaging over 10 a game and starting. We didn't get to see him in the tourney since they lost to GCU. They have also lost to Cal Poly. Utah is 7-3 but haven't beat anyone great other than Mississippi.

5. Ladji Dembele (UNLV) - Wheels are falling off now. Was a starter and lost his job/ minutes when they had to play bigger teams... lost both. He was around 25 min a game and went to about 12. Don't know if there was an injury but not producing a ton.

6. Carter Kingsbury (Citadel) - starting and putting up okayish numbers. Not mind blowing. He's getting playing time but on a really bad team.

7. Owen Freeman (Creighton) - getting murdered by the fan base demanding NIL back. Not productive on either end of the floor and really losing minutes. Not starting. I'm wondering what's going on in his head right now.

8. Chris Tadjo (Santa Clara) - found himself on a good team but has been hurt all year.

9. Josh Mulvey (Sienna) - brother can't even come close to cracking the lineup at Sienna. I thought he would do well in a smaller school. I saw he got in for 1 minute awhile back.

Very nice summary. Not sure if counts but Johnson-arigu who came mid season from Miami is st Thomas 3rd leading scorer. 10.6 ppg and 3.6 reb avg just over 20 min a game.

Probably because they have him rostered under the wrong name! :ROFLMAO:

Actually, from the main camera angle, if you look through the backboard, towards the left of the rest of the team of the bench, you can see him down from the managers a couple of chairs.
Was he suited up?

I still dont think my list has changed from either this thread or another. The only thing would be moving Freeman behind Kingsbury since Carter actually plays for the Citadel.

Freeman is only ahead of Tadjo (who I'm assuming is red shirting for Santa Clara) and Riley Mulvey who can't get consistent minutes at Siena (but played in 10 games now).

Not mentioned, but Riley Mulvey has been getting minutes at Siena. On Saturday Riley logged 24 minutes in Siena's 74-59 win over Manhattan.
2 of 4 from 2, 6 rebounds-4 offensive and 5 assists. At least his seeing minutes and contributing to the program. Good for him. I'm sure he set a ton of screens too.

Might as well move Freeman behind Mulvey too. Where will Freeman be playing next year?!? Maybe like a Bradley or Illinois State with very little NIL money.

Speaking of Mulvey, watching some Siena on ESPN+ now and Mulvey playing well. Used mostly as screener and passer on offense, when he does get the ball he's efficient 3-3 on FG's and closes down the lane on D.
