They do boots all the time now, even as a precaution. The boot doesn't necessarily mean something bad.

These guys have so many strains and sprains all season it would make your head swim. In sports medicine, it is very common now for guys to walk around in a boot if there is any sign or symptom.

franks been dealing with an injury going back to at least unlv. bolden is still not healthy and we all know about giles. k says the team is in oct mode right now. hopefully these next 3 months we can get to be the team everyone envisioned at the beginning of the basketball season.

I'm so disgusted at what could have been this season if it weren't for a whirlwind of injuries. Not throwing in the towel by any means but still can't help but fantasize what we'd be right now with all these kids healthy. It grinds at the mind for sure.

You mean like finals weak where he didn't practice or this week with minimal practice?

No that's not what I mean. I'm talking in general not just Duke. These kids play bball all year around. It's equivalent to a full time job from junior high school and on. Many coaches have talked about kids now a days by the time they get to college they have all types of injuries. So no I'm not talking about a week or two out of the whole year.

He has been wearing a boot for awhile now. Pretty sure it has just been precautionary. There was a picture of him after the UNLV game and he had the boot on as well.
