I think so as well. But it won't be easy. In that scenario only one of Luke, Matt or Gray start.... That's tough.

Frank
One of above
Tatum
Jefferson
Bolden

Seems to be the ideal line up, assuming Bolden continues to bring it.

I'm starting to lean that way, well....but still, Grayson and Luke are our two best at creating for themselves. Last night is what we remember most right now. Don't forget, 48 hours ago people were done with Marques. How many would say that right now?

I guess what I'm saying is that, yes, on some nights we're going to be best with Frank. On others that might not hold true. We have a lot of guys who can be dynamic in their own way, and three months ago that was one of our perceived strengths.

Matt is going to play. Luke is a potential All-American. Grayson was one last season. This honestly comes back again to everyone buying in and accepting their role(s) on any given night.

I've been saying Jax has to play PG since Nov. He can drive the lane & kick better than anyone on roster. GA is not comfortable at point.

i was talking with my uncle about lineups and it just seems that luke and grayson get easily beat off the dribble.....i would start frank and matt tonight based on play from saturday, but try to avoid having grayson and luke together on the perimeter...have them paired with one of matt and frank...big lead then pairings dont matter as much....

I think that Duke can win either way although I believe that if Frank can control the 1 it frees up GA to do what he does best and that is score and create shots for teammates without having the ball in his hand 65 to 70 percent of the time. He knocks down 3s a lot when he can set and accept the pass instead of trying to create room with the ball in his hands for a 3. GA was All American last year because of that when Thorton was running the 1. GA just seems to operate smoother off the ball and create or shoot off of the pass than he does with ball in hand running the 1. He did not play extensive minutes his freshman year but he was great when he was in and TJ ran the point. He seems to play more carefree and somewhat reckless at the 2 than the 1.

one thing i have noticed is that our bigs dont set screens as much in years in past...mp3 was a screen machine and helped guards create space

I would say Tatum is as good at creating for himself as Luke and Grayson. Also, creating for themselves is how we end up with 1 assist in a half.

Start Frank, Luke, Tatum, Amile and Bolden (at this point he has shown more then Giles).

Bring Grayson, Matt and Giles ( let him build some confidence in those knees and himself) off the bench.

However I think we see the same line up of Grayson Luke Tatum Amile and Giles but quicker substitutions if the defense plays poorly.

I think we will see the same starters too. Maybe swap Giles for Bolden. I just don't think you make a lot of changes based on one good/bad half of basketball. I am definitely a fan of more Frank in the PG role and let Grayson play off the ball where I think he is better suited to play.

I'm in favor of Frank at PG as long as Luke and Grayson start along side him. Won't happen though because Matt HAS to get 34+ mpg I guess.

Well, we have a lot more than one half of reference for how bad they can be. I don't expect wholesale changes though - but do expect more and earlier time for Jackson/Bolden and less of Allen and Kennard at the same time.

Matt wouldn't get that if the rest would step up and play hard.
Let's not down a player who has done what is expected of him. Instead let's just hope the freshman are starting to get it

Now you are talking out of both sides of your mouth. First, I didn't "down" a player, whatever that means. 2nd, if that's how you took it then you did the same thing to the freshmen players. Regardless, your response to me was pretty pointless.
