Franklin to Piscataway? But seriously…as disappointing as our last two games have been, at least we’re not Rutgers.
Rutgers really stinks. They are worse than I could have imagined. Shiano should be embarrassed. They play with no discipline and just gave the game away with turnovers and stupid penalties.
Rutgres may set the record for number of xfer portal offers to QBs when the window opens. YOU get an offer! And YOU get an offer!
Their QBs are many, many intense practices from being Div 1 level QBs. Bad passes complemented by an inadequate wildcat running game. Oof. I expected more from Schiano by now.

I disagree. The defender had stopped the offensive player inbounds, then pushed him out of bounds. After they were OOB, by a couple of steps, the defender then slammed him down to the ground. And all of that took place with a ref a couple of steps away. It was an obvious and easy call, IMHO.
If it was any other fan base I’d feel sorry for them, but it’s Rutgers so I don’t. I’ll be in NJ tomorrow, I wonder if I’ll see any R magnets on some little piss ant Honda on the GSP. If I do I’ll just smile - don’t want to get shot.

Nothing like watching a Nebraska-Rutgers game to make you feel better about PSU football. Throw in another Mets meltdown, and it made for a rather interesting sports-watching Friday night. Rutsgers QB was hitting wide open defensive backs all night.
I watched a bit of that game, wondering who would look worse, Big Red or the Scarlet Knights. Pretty much a tie in my view.
Schiano, for some ridiculous reason, was platooning quarterbacks...even within series. Seemed like a carousel of players. Don't know what he was thinking. Rutgers could never get into a rhythm and Nebraska's defense is substandard, to be kind. Rutgers could've put it away with a TD and FG which seemed perfectly within their grasp, in the 2nd half. To paraphrase OuiRPSU, above, "at least we don't have Schiano."

The one QB had some kind of hand issue. Couldn't grip the ball properly or something. He'd throw one good pass then 3 terribly off. Vedral I think.
Should have stuck with him. Simon was confused by jersey colors.
Wimsatt is hurt, but no better than Simon, or Vedral who is Nebraska transfer.
