There was an officer involved shooting of a young black man in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago. There is not much evidence whether the victim was resisting arrest or posed a threat. The victim is the cousin of a celebrity and multi-grammy award winning artist. Anyone hear much about this? Want to know why....the officer who shot him is a black man.
