Their guards played like crap, individual stats were pretty solid and efficient they got little help. Lamont played well on the good team.

Saw a writeup about Lowe and the elite G League camp today. Said he got to the rim at will and made very good choices each time. Had like 8 points 5 assists. Did not start for his team.
I honestly believe that Lamont has a place in the NBA.
I'll laugh when he proves you wrong and you lose your cushy gm job.
Me as well, he is really solid and such a great defender.
Mgbako with a 33 max vert shows why he wasn’t as elite as some thought IMO. He’s obviously pretty tall and longer arms than Butler probably, but he’s not as explosive as I would have thought. Justin Edwards like.

Anybody have information or read anything regarding Bulter's shoulder health. I notice in the picture above he doesn't have a brace on. I hope he's 100% because if so I think he could help a lot of teams (strong, athletic, defensive minded). During the season there was talk on here about him needing surgery after the season, but apparently that didn't happen.
Perimeter defense is needed at an all time high in the nba now. As long as he can shoot he’ll get a chance
I think he could be a good pickup as a 2nd unit pg. Hes certainly better than some of those guys right now, for example tj McConnell.
Stop it. McConnell is actually impactful as a backup PG. Butler will be doing well for himself if he can carve out a career for himself like TJ.
He makes an emotional impact but he's otherwise terrible. He cant shoot outside 12-15 feet. Cant finish.
Another solid outing by Jaland Lowe last night 10 points on 3-8 shooting, 2-4 from 3, 2-2 at the line, 5 assists, 1 rebound, 1 steal, 2 turnovers in 16 minutes.

It's just crazy to think I have around a 30-32 inch vert. Dude jumps almost half a foot less than me and is D1. I wish I was blessed with height
Good to see those shooting numbers over 40% from the perimeter for Lowe.
Being on a terrible team that you have to pack and having a broken finger much of the season, does not help your shooting efficiency. Who knew?
My post wasn't a knock on Lowe if that is what you are getting at. I'm aware of the situation he was coming from in Pitt.
Didn’t mean to come off snarky. I was just reiterating the reasons he shot poorly for those that might not know.
I'm glad that Lowe had the opportunity to prove to everyone during this camp that he can put great numbers from the perimeter, even NBA range here and knock down 42% on 3.5 attempts. That is the point I was trying to get across referencing his performance at the G-League Camp. Talented players around him at UK this season will be a much better situation than at Pitt and he'll make everyone else better around him too.

TJ McConnell is an awesome backup for the Pacers. One of the more valuable second string guys in the league. If he turns out that good in the league he will play for a long time.
7 footer from Oregon, 7’5” wingspan but obviously not that athletic. Not that he needs to be at that size.
