Northwestern (13-13, 4-11 Big Ten) is on the road this evening at Ohio State (15-11, 7-8 Big Ten). The game has an earlier tip off at 5:30 pm CT and will air on FS1.

We are unfavored by 9.5 pts. I still hope I get to see a live Cats win on the road for the first time.

This place looks like a mausoleum. Weekday with a 5 windchill. Did not stop me from parking 20 minutes away as I ain’t giving OSU $15.

Go cats.

now leading by 20. Yes it's easy to be anxious. However, whatever happens an amazing effort by a team losing two of its best players. Especially on the road.

Credit to the Cats for playing hard and building on the lead, but to this point, OSU has played one of the worst games I’ve ever seen. Wow.

Yeah but maybe we had something to do with their poor play. At least, I’d like to think so. Good experience for the younger players

Cats won on the boards, especially in the second half. I think at one point they were down like 16-5 on the glass but they ended up winning that one comfortably.

Absolutely. Not taking credit away from us. We played hard and mad everything hard for them on offense.

But man, OSU was really horrible. Outside of some offensive rebounding in the first half, they did nothing well.

Fantastic win for the Cats. So great to see the team still playing as hard as they are. It would have been easy to mail it in after Barnhizer and Leach went down (especially after that Nebraska loss), but they’ve played balls to the wall every game.

Wow. What a performance especially after Sundays game. KJ again showed us what he can do with another strong road performance. Gelo played very well and TY played very well. Nick was is usual self Big Matt played a very good game, Fitzmorris contributed when he was in, Mullins did his job and Clayton hey he gave up his redshift so I'm just gonna root for him.
Who would ever have thought that our 1st road win in the Big would be at Columbus with Barney and Jalen out.
Give credit to CCC and the coaching staff has these guys playing hard. Nice to see them get rewarded for their hard play. Great game.

I thought Windham, in particular, had an excellent game. He beat his man off the dribble for easy baskets and he made some long and medium bombs as well, and he made all of his free throws.

Really great interview by Mart after the game. So humble. Team works hard for themselves but also for coaches and fans.

The game being on at 530 cst might have something to do with that. I try to watch every game, but couldn’t catch the first half. It’s really just too early.
