Baltimore managed to lose to Cleveland. Three drive killing third-down drops.

Daniels will play for Washington.

Edited to include NYG-Steelers.

The Bills are beating up on the Seahawks. 24-3, late 3rd, in Seattle. An Austin Johnson INT set up a Bills TD a few minutes ago.

on the final play , do you think the Bears should have tried to get 12 on the field and if they get caught its a 5 yd penalty but at least you know what they will try?

Give them two chances for a Hail Mary? “At least you know what they’re going to do?” What else were the Commanders going to try? Imagine the blowback if the first Hail Mary failed but the second worked.

Chicago really screwed up on the penultimate play, they played way back in coverage and WFT got 13 yards closer, got out of bounds and stopped the clock with two seconds left, an easy pitch-and-catch.

well there's lots of ways to run a hail mary, otoh why give it to a fat *** lineman on the goalline?

This right here should have been good enough reason to fire Eberflus after last season.

Laying an egg coming out of the bye week and looking like they were back in preseason should be another reason. Yesterday was a good measuring stick game. The defense measures up, especially when they get Gordon and Brisker back. The offense has plenty of talent outside of the Pop Warner-level offensive line, but unfortunately the OC is far too dumb to stick with stuff that works (let's give the ball to the lineman on the goal line!!). Any respectable franchise would make sure Stevenson didn't play next week against Arizona and he'd be very hard-pressed to stay on the roster. Not his first time running his mouth to someone and then getting torched. But he is from the U so it's to be expected.

I can see someone has a prejudice against Amish football coaches. Maybe he's Ohio Amish?

Long suffering Jets fan wasn't buying into the hype heading into this year and predicted 7 wins. They have a better chance of finishing 2-15 than winning 7 games. What was I thinking?

Teams combined for over 400 yds of offense in the first half and no TDs.

The Steelers are notorious underachievers under Tomlin. There are numerous losses Tomlin's teams have had to inferior teams over the years. But Tomlin says it's just football. Lol
Outside of his first few years you are correct. I just don't have faith in these guys. They should be steam rolling the Giants.

Exactly. Just seens like there are too many mental lapses with this team. They will dominate at times and then give up a big play that let's their opponents back in games.

Wasn't impressed with the defensive calls last night, but their playmakers make plays. Linebacking was weak gainst the run, hopefully from inexperience but Elandon Roberts spent a lot of time on the sidelines. Offensively they're doing just fine considering the OL injuries.

+1. Aikman made a comment that he didn’t understand why Joey P was playing so far off the WR. I wondered that too but figured that was the DC call and not something that Porter jr was doing on his own.
