Can we all agree Geno Smith is horrible and was overrated for the last part of his time at WVU. The guy is a high school QB.

Like Doege he failed to perform when they really needed it and he had a critical mistake that cost them the game despite the numbers looking good. First was the 3 and out after the Ben fumble. Just a few yards there and a FG was possible. The mistake was allowing the strip sack by holding the ball like it was a baby. He didn't play poorly, but he didn't exactly prove to be more than a competent back up either.

Ummmm Fitz just ended his Hall Of Fame Career and AD may go down as the best Defensive player ever in the NFL. He can be easily argued as the best DL ever in college. Honestly Allen any comparison between Pitt and WVU ends at the gates of the NFL. Even the biggest WVU homer is smart enough not to go down that road.
My honest prediction of a Pitt/WVU game this year would be Pitt 42-17. WVU could be 3-8 and the homers would think WVU would sack Pickett 5 times and INT him 2 times and beat him 17-13.

I was rooting for Geno last night, and honestly he didnt do half bad considering how terrible his OL was, but sadly for him when the game was on the line he fumbled. Not a good look as far as getting teams to look at him as anything more than a backup. Great college QB tho. If we had a half decent defense his senior year WVU could've done something, but we didn't and he cursed himself in an interview after his big 600 yard game or whatever. It got into his head badly.
Out of the last 10 meetings WVU leads PiT 7-3. If not for the leather helmet days where the PiT turds used pros on their days off and other cheating, WVU would own them totally. So the lying, mentally disturbed PiTiots can go fart in a balloon and paint it purple.
