As a healthcare professional, I noticed something very disturbing about the entire event. Did anyone think to themselves this may have been staged? Since when does EMS not check the pulse, perform CPR, or place the patient on a backboard with a C-Collar???? Just flipped him over on a gurney and shoved him in the back of the ambulance and left. I call BS

No paramedic would ever grab an unresponsive patient by the arm and pull and flip them onto a gurney. You would place them on a backboard with a C-Collar before moving them. And before that you would clear the scene for safety, check pulse and begin CPR if needed. None of that was done.
