Tall order for the Mountaineers, but anything can happen whether it be on the gridiron, diamond, or hardwood. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if UK wins and even does so in a rout because there is a reason this team is undefeated and the Mountaineers have had some collapses this season. That being said, no matter what happens tomorrow night this season has been very satisfying as well as reassuring for future seasons. I just hope if WVU can't pull the upset that they give Kentucky hell in a dogfight.

Sorry if I don't agree with your assessment that Kentucky is NOT a really good basketball team and that the odds ARE in WVU's favor. Not saying we can't win and I wouldn't be excited if I thought WVU only had a prayer, but just because no team has gone undefeated since 1976 does not mean that the 36-0 team this year cannot do it nor does it mean that it will be WVU to take them down if they fail. Being a fan does not mean you have to ignore the fact that Kentucky is a great team which has shown during the year they have what it takes to beat the Mountaineers. Again, this doesn't mean WVU doesn't have a chance, but there are opponents that can take our Mountaineer's best shot yet still come out victorious and this UK team appears to have the chops to be one of those opponents.

It is a bad draw and was ordained by the selection committee to

produce a lot of early excitement in the "16". The hype surrounding this game is like the championship... so let's just enjoy being here.

I'm just pointing out that Falcon's backhanded "typical" comment towards my post is bunk because I realize UK has more room for error than WVU. Anyone who thinks UK doesn't have at least some advantage on us is ignoring what UK and WVU have done this season. That's why I said I hope if WVU doesn't win its because UK earned it rather than WVU letting them skate by despite mistakes.
