he's getting too much criticism on here . A savvy fan would have already realized that he is not a pocket passer and accepted that already , expecting him to morph into one shows a lack of understanding . He's a mobile qb and he is not going to suddenly start hitting a bunch of downfield passes at this point of his career , so why give him grief over it ?
If he can just hold onto the ball it would help negate his passing accuracy issues . He's doing a good job of managing the offense , his first year in it . If we were losing it's one thing but the team is winning , does he need to become a decent passer to get support ?
