This has to be #1, considering who we beat, their ranking, heisman qb, and the significance it could have in the rebuilding of the entire football culture of Kentucky.
I could recall some #2s if i thought about it, but to me, this is the most meaningful win in my lifetime. jmo

The only thing I would add is the Sugar Bowl win against Oklahoma and the Lou Michael's win against Tennessee
I remember the 1965 game against Ole Miss in Lexington. This is the game where Larry Seiple ran out of a fake punt on 4 and 41.
That's great footage. Not sure if Ole Miss players even now know what happened.
