Apathy is the face of this program. Horrible coaching, poor preparation and no sense of urgency. I don't know how this is remotely acceptable to Fitz or more importantly to anyone in the Athletic Dept. O'Neil sucks, Bajakian has not progressed his offense since coming here and the head coach seemingly isn't concerned. Tired of hearing we just don't get the athletes to compete in the Big Ten. We just lost to a 0-2 FCS team that does not have more talent that we do. Where the hell is the heart in this program. Totally unacceptable at every level.

Are you sure about that? The SIU QB and the TE were much better than anyone we had at those positions. A good QB and WR combo can do a lot of damage. The 2006 UNH game comes to mind.

Particularly Fitz b/c his philosophy on O doesn't exactly attract talented skill position recruits, but still, should have better skill position players than Incarnate Word (which whipped SIU).

And as bad as Iowa's O has been under Ferentz (under the same turtling philosophy), nonetheless, they rarely lose games to these quality of opponents.

Yes. Add in a half dozen stupid offsides penalties and a bunch of turnovers that hamper your offensive production and even FCS schools can beat you.

the most unwanted words you want to hear about a program......apathy and lack of heart.....but do not seem inappropriate at this moment in time..........I think this Miami game will tell us whether or not they truly apply to the program and this team.
