If not a pro coach, a college coach at a higher level.

Rare is the VT DC who wanted to be a DC and stayed for a couple decades.

If a guy is good enough to get a new job that's a good thing. You need good coaches on staff. If none of your coaches are getting new opportunities your staff isn't good.
