Cynical me says they shortened the game just so all the tv fans could "enjoy" more commercials and lengthen the game. I kinda feel sorry for fans at game who have to sit thru that silly irritating blabber about BUY THIS or TRY THIS.

Seems like we went from 3 minute commercial breaks to 5 minute. There was one point where I wondering what everyone was doing at the stadium during these blank periods. I'm hoping it was just because we were on ABC.

The commercials were more enjoyable than the game last night. If we continue to play like this, I am all for less game, more commercials.

ESPN is going to continue to "improve" college football until it is unwatchable. It is pretty close to that now.
