I’m sure I’m supposed to say I wish he could play and we should want them at full strength. Eff that. Kerr is out. Carr’s back is hurt. And I wouldn’t mind an evening relaxing watching my team dominate at home tonight.

No one shed any tears when Kentucky lost guys like Poythress and WCS...

I honestly wouldn't care if every team we played was without their best player because of a sprained toe. No one thinks of a Championship team and wonders which of it's opponents were healthy in January..

I don’t think there will be any relaxing games in the SEC. Even without Taylor, ATM will pose a challenge. Didn’t they play Bana fairly close without him?

Wish him the best and maybe he will get a shot at us in sec tourney.

With the sec so difficult I'll take a potentially more manageable opponent tonight. UK hasn't beat a power whatever team by double digits yet so would be nice to change that.

Lamont Butler and overall team shooting ..as always it seems .. will be the X Factor.

Kentucky will win this one by 10+.

If we can keep Lamont Butler as our starting point guard for 10 years let's do that.

They have a guard that is streaky but he isn’t afraid to shoot it. I expect to see Butler on him tonight.

In fact, I'd prefer it! After all the injuries we've had to deal with over the years in crucial points of the season?

Good - that’s my concern with the SEC this year. Staying healthy during the gauntlet. Every team is going to be banged up at some point. Not to bring up Cal again but that’s why him only having 8 or 9 guys or whatever it is was so insanely stupid.
I haven’t seen him, we weren’t able to scrimmage…

No doubt. Just hoping it’s not another nail biter.

100%.

All the more reason you have to capitalize when you get one of these nights.

Looks like they’re still pretty dangerous without him. Winning at Oklahoma and playing Bama tough.

He has had some great games against UK though so I’ll take it.

So what typically will happen is some bench player will have the game of their life tonight.

I still don't feel comfortable.

UK needs to dominate from the tip in this one and destroy A&M's hopes early.

Usually when uk has an injury that impacts the outcome of a game... you won't hear any excuses from the talking heads...... however any other team, that's all u hear
