It's amazing when you don't think the players loved it here they really loved it here. Diallo had me scratching my head when he was here playing but hearing that story boy does he ever love his time as a Wildcat. A lot of that is thanks to us as fans I'll say it to the day I die there isn't any fanbase in America quite like ours (BBN). We love our team that's for sure. On a another side note Coach Pope I'm sure glad we have he gets it. Mo said he never had a Coach visit his house in that neighborhood and Pope and his family came like it was no problem!

Very good article. That picture of Dioubate as an incredibly fit and muscular human being bodes well for UK's season. There may be others who become fan favorites, but I've got him picked out as "the one I'm watching".

Likewise, I was able to particularly watch Diallo in Boise from the family seats, thanks UK foundation, both on the court and on the bench, during time outs, warm ups, etc. Also got into a practice. Pretty much all the UK fans from the Northwest US seemed to be there and I think they got the same impression. (Diallo had a good time and was a good teammate, and, also, root against Gonzaga fans...) There was some dissension at PG, but back on the subject, one of those games seemed to be a breakout game for Diallo.

I am glad that Diallo has good feelings towards UK and his time at UK and this article was a feel good article for that as well as providing good reasons to be paying attention to Mr Dioubate too.

Diallo was a fine player here. We just hoped he would be available early and he wasn’t. He had some good games especially late in the year.

That's true it was not being available that was frustrating. You know hearing Diallo talk about UK like this and Goodwin and Whitley over the summer talking about how much they loved UK and miss being here especially with it being those 2 ( even though I don't know why Goodwin gets a bad rap he tried his best when Noel went down in 2013 we all know why Whitley does and deservingly so after quitting on his team the year he was here ). I mean for example even 50 years down the road UK fans don't forget we are a special breed that's for sure. These players are always treated like royalty here in the state.

Yeah Archie deserves no hate IMO. Glad to see Whitney finally understand his mistakes.

I have a feeling that Mo will explode this year and become and all sec selection and I think Aberdeen will also have a great year especially on his defense and 10 points a game
