The idea of the abstract(virtual) vs. the concrete, especially concerning the economy, is not one I had heard before. That's the first generalization on Trump supporters that makes sense to me.

I take their prediction with a grain of salt, as much as anyone else's, including mine. The support for their prediction is what I was most interested in.

That article is a crock. This one, however, "gets it" pretty well I think. Some people will keep telling themselves that Trump can't be real right up to the night of November 8. I'm not saying Trump is going to win, but anyone who thinks he can't is just whistling past the graveyard.
