So after all the hate for Chris after the Pitt game we get a win we haven't seen the likes of since 1979. The team played hard well and looked like the better team. They weren't hitting crazy shots they just hit the glass hard, played tough d, and got good looks. Will the Pete Nance haters please stand up. He played arguably his best game today. Boo broke down their guards of the dribble, hit his shots, and had some pretty passes. Berry sharpshooting helped open up the court. Kopp barley scored imagine if he had gotten his looks tonight. Berans defense was key as well.

This is the most talented NU team I've seen (talent doesn't mean best). I said it after Pitt as well. Have faith my fellow NU fans. There won't always be wins but this team has the ability to win any game this year and they proved it tonight. BIG WIN.

Scouting report for MSU said don’t let Kopp beat you. So they didn’t. Kopp’s too good a player and too much a team player to force things that aren’t there, so he soaked up defensive attention and others rose to the occasion.
