I expect no fewer than 60,000 reported remember they count sold tickets not butts in seats... Butts in seats on the other hand probably about 30K

Anyone there deserves an award. I felt like I deserved one for staying to the end up every game last year. Was I an idiot or what? So glad I didn't renew my tix this year.

Actually, they count tickets "out" which includes tickets given away for free. Under this method of counting tickets, I'm pretty sure Mitch can just drop tickets into the trash and count them as attendees.

Joker's last year there was a media member, Jen Smith of the HL IIRC, who was able to get the actual gate attendance versus the announced crowd, and it was a huge discrepancy. I'm sure it will be a same way the rest of this season.

She filed open records requests for actual "turnstile" numbers. If I remember correctly, after providing the records, UK stopped recording the numbers of actual attendees so they wouldn't have to provide the numbers again in the future.

Isn't this the game they are giving tickets away to the military and some other groups? Probably will be a lot more than expected unless people turn down free tickets. Probably will announce 60k, but might be 40k actually there. They might show up in force for those freebies though.

As we all know, the attendance will be reported as being much higher than it actually is. That is the UK way.

People saying attendance will be down don't understand why. There are a ton of things going on that week. It is the day after Constitution Day and they actual day of Octoberfest in Germany. These two huge holidays will definitely hurt attendance so I will say the announced will be 59,387

It's time for a total boycott but that won't happen. I say 30,000. That's 30,000 too many but some fans will remain loyal and I don't understand why.

I think most people will be there for the social aspect and atmosphere. The Reds are terrible yet people show up to their weekend games for that very reason.

Do you count media, both teams, vendor and stadium staff?
If so, at least a 1000
