For anybody that hasnt watched the NBA tv Open Court series that popped up in the recommended section under the video you should. basically the Turner Sports crew talking about basketball for an hour at a time. Mainly NBA but they also talk about their high school and college days.

-Shew, hit it a little hard Thursday night in Cincy. Felt pretty rough yesterday.

-NBA is growing on me a little more. Got league pass and try to catch the big games. Getting used to the difference in product is a major adjustment compared to college.

-Gameday waxing poetic on the Cats. Love it.

Craziest thing about Thompson's outburst is the fact only about 1-2 were open looks. Most were guarded and a few were guarded really tight.

Nuts.

See ya Devin. Wish it would've lasted a couple years.

Actually, it's worth going and seeing the actual Hoosier Gym. I took the back way home from Indy last November and stumbled upon it. My intent was just to go take a pic of it but it's actually an open, functioning gym. Two brothers bought it because they had played there and they wanted to keep it open for kids to use as a community center. He'll give you a tour of the whole thing. It truly looks like time stood still but it was absolutely awesome. Reminded me of so many of the little cracker jack gyms you used to find in KY before the schools consolidated.

I really recommend any of the basketballphiles here in GYERO to stop in here.

I'm about sick and f*cking tired of our guys getting physically assaulted down low nearly every trip down the floor, and then they call ******** like they called on Willie against us. Man, F*CK South Carolina and F*CK the entire SEC.

How do we give up so many offensive boards? Christ.

Not showing up at the FT line either.

Aaron's been a lot more active on D lately and I love it. Getting some steals.

Oh, and Bricker- oh my.

Infuriating. As deep as we are Cal has to put WCS back in with 2 fouls because the rest of the bigs are getting worked.

Awesome- another ugly hackfest. The SEC is becoming the old Big East.

By the way- how many dunks and layups can one team miss?

Ulis and Booker playing outstanding. Ulis with 5 assists no turnover's eeeeek

Aaron with great effort, Lee was effective early

Towns very meh... Damnit Karl, get it together

Need to do better from the line.

I just love how Booker/Ulis play together. Too bad we only have 2.5 more months of it.

KAT, as a freshman, isn't as good as most UK fans want to believe. Then you have An the run stopping, FT bricking, pouty brat. He had his best assist of the season and would guarantee his +/- was a negative.

Ulis and Booker
. Lee makes mistakes but I really enjoy watching him play.

Andrew seems to think way too much out there. If he'd just play, then I think he'd be much better.

It's hard to defend when you are giving them 2 to 3 shots on each possession. Jesus

Playing defense like that (minus the rebounding) and no one touches us. Not even Virginia, Ken Pomeroy.

The Harrisons are who they are, but if we can't get one of our many bigs to develop a back-to-the-basket game, we'll never be great. Dakari is basically a turnover anytime he gets it in the post- dudes shooting like 30% in post shots. Towns is unreliable. Maybe WCS needs more post looks, or play Lyles at the 4.

WCS didn't even seem interested in trying to score today. Wouldn't even face the basket.

-Pretty solid overall dismantling of a rugged team. Could have gone without Cal deciding to play stall ball around the 12 minute mark...and then going 9 minutes without a field goal.

-What happened to the lob? It was there countless times...at least Cal notice it as well, based on his halftime remarks.

-Watching Andrew is painful sometimes...he can't get past his man. Ulis does at will, and creates a half-court 'fast break' situation almost every time.

-Aaron is really getting after it out there...never seen him so active.

-Towns needs to get his *** in gear, really disappointing.

-Dakari has great hands, and get in POSITION to score almost at will...then he leans in and DOUBLE PUMPS (every time) allowing the defense to recover and block his weak *** ****. Seems like such an easy fix, yet it's the same every game. Not sure what's going on there. Need to yank his *** immediately every time he does it, until he finally starts going UP and quits with that weak *** double-pump half hook ****.

-A box score with turnovers listed to me is one thing in life that just infuriates me. Turnovers, come one f*kers.

-Twins just don't attack, and I agree they think WAY too much.

-Take Harrison and Booker out and the rest were really shitastic on the O. Still won going away in what was supposed to be one of our 3 toughest games left.

-If we lose it's going to be a weekday night at Rupp. We weren't sleep walking into this game on ESPN, with the way it went down last year.

-So Gameday was essentially 2 hours of them discussing what teams could beat UK and what they'd have to do.

-Booker
Driving, pulling up, long range... playing really damn good D.

-Funny now that teams basically can't zone us with him in. If they want to roll zone you have to get Ulis and Booker in. Period.

-KAT is forcing things. He's also getting abused down there. Never seen a big fight over position like that everytime down the court. Needs to watch Johnson on that part, just don't finish like DJ.

-Next game is 1/2 way point.

The twins do attack, it's just that Andrew cannot finish. Aaron WAS attacking today.

They attack when the shot clock is running down after examining the defense for 20 seconds.

Controversial Take- Aaron recent play suggests he's come to realize his brother is only going to hold him back if he's not careful.

Aaron's done a much better job attacking of late.

Andrew just cannot finish.

I disagree. Andrew attacks all game long but is dumb with the ball on occasions and simply has a bad shot. Aaron was attacking all day today, in fact I've never seen him be as aggressive as he was today. To say they don't attack isn't correct . Rethink your thought.

I think it's the coaching getting through to him and not what his brother is doing.
