The time has come to settle this once and for all. What is the best Halloween Candy. Over the coming days, you will be asked to take part in the most definitive competition of sweet confections every know to message board-kind. There will be 4 regions each with two sub-regions.

Your job is to pick your four favorites from each sub-region, regardless of seed. You have 24 hours to respond to this sub-region.
