It’s legal in Colorado…..I do not smoke anything but do enjoy some Wyld or Cheeba Chews edibles for rest (Indica) or activity (Sativa).
Legal but it isn't. Still need to pass drug tests for things that require a drug test. Can't have a firearm because it is still classified federally as illegal. There are still a lot of issues due to the state vs federal laws.
My doctors suggested, so
I was considering getting an MJ card for my back and neck injuries, until my brother in law told me wouldn’t be able to purchase a rifle. I read the Feds laws and your right.
