Harper has an inconsistent history. Got fired at NC St. Went to a mid-major (maybe SW Mo. State) and did well. Scooped up by TN, her alma mater, and could not excel. TBH, if you cannot do better than a 5th place conference finish in your fifth year at TN and have not filled a warchest of credibility in the prior four years, TN's decision was not that hard.
