did anyone see Damian get absolutely leveled? He was trying to make a tackle after a turnover and got blasted into eternity. I don't post this to bash but they ruled him defenseless and ejected the tam player. I didn't like the call

With the way it looked and how long it took him to get up, im surprised that he came back to play. I hope he wasnt pressured to return

No question about it that was the correct call. I would even call it a text book case of targeting. The earlier call where a Bama player hit the AM return helmet to helmet was more debatable however. I would have called that targeting as well but that was a little more of an argument. There's no argument on Damian's hit however.

Why would they bother, they have more of the same.

Wasn't it a stiffarm?
It looks like Scarbrough hasn't lived up to the hype so far this year. He's #3 in the rotation and has had trouble with ball security, but hopefully he can improve in that area...he almost gave me a heart attack at the end of the Ole Miss game, lol. I'm not surprised about Emmons, though. I've said all along that the 2016 RB class was very weak and that he wasn't as good as his ranking indicated. Make no mistake about it, I think he's talented and can still be a nice college player. IIRC, you were very high on Scarbrough and thought that he could be this year's Derrick Henry. Hopefully he can improve because we're going to need him to be more consistent down the stretch. Jacobs has been the real surprise this season. He's not quite as complete as Harris, but he's MUCH better than Scarbrough. Pruitt deserves a lot of credit on that last minute evaluation. I've been very impressed with Jacobs so far.

Jacobs has been the one that has impressed me as well, although I think Harris has surprised me also.

You wouldn't think Scarbrough would have a problem with ball security, if he has it under his arm you have to go through 6" of muscle to get to it------unlike our Johnson.

Stoops has been impressed with the RS Rose, as well. Depth at RB provides him a RS year to learn the position.

I think things have worked out well for both Harris and UK. He's playing on a national championship team and UK has a wealth of talent at RB.

While it still bothers me that Harris was misleading Stoops during his recruitment, I'm glad he's doing well in Tuscaloosa.
