I think that was his moment. That sequence when he went hard, got physical, went down, got tangled up, and got back up again was probably a great moment for him, to really believe and understand that he is past his injury. Wonderful to see... He is SO long and athletic.

Was really great to see him make the plays he did to break open the game...especially after the game at UNC and receiving the overrated chants...

I'm sure that stuck in his craw...nice to see him hit the floor for that steal or ceiling or whatever he dove on....

Giles is not there yet but he's inching closer by the day. Everything positive that he does is a surprise and it feels so darn good.

Hurt, not near 100%, but I love Harry Giles and think he loves Duke and his teammates. Hope he makes lots of money at next level. He tries real hard and to shove this up Tar Holes a** tonight after their chants last week was awesome. Love him!

Oh my gosh when he slapped the floor I was so dang proud of him. He's got the Duke blood in him for sure!

Harry done the the floor slap then went BEAST mode with a block, alley-oop, steal, and a rebound in less than a minute of play. I think it was a defining moment of the game that shifted the momentum.

Really played tough for most of the 2nd half. Had Grayson's back big time against the Ville. Always cheering on his teammates. That is what this team needs.

Where are the "Harry is not playing cause he's looking out for himself, more concerned with the NBA" posters?

Where are the "this team has no chemistry, these freshman are selfish and only out for themselves, this team has no heart/toughness" posters?

He's felt like that since day 1. He was great tonight but don't be overly dramatic! He's fit in since day 1 and only thr would say different.
Harry is used to being a difference maker. This was the first time he really influenced a game for us. I bet he feels differently today than he did yesterday. I didn't say he didn't "fit in."

He looks like his confidence is back. And he doesn't seem to be over thinking any more. It's the same with Frank Jackson. I would hate to be playing this team tournament cause they are battle tested.

The whole ACC is battle tested. No other conference is as ready. Gonzaga? Yeah they are good, but let's see how they deal with a FSU.

The thing I loved the most was after the hole fans chanted "OVERRATED" at Harry in Chapel Hole he was a pain in their *** the 2nd half. Don't reckon he had that in the back of his mind do ya?

I also think that with his growing confidence, he is "looking" to score more. I feel like he deferred much more a few weeks ago. Now if he has position, he tries to use it.

We basically saw a flash of what a 100% Giles would be. Which is awesome. He's still a bit timid at times in the lane on D. But, he's also clearly not 100% (my guess is he's probably just reaching about 80% of what he could be athletically). Imo, he'd be a freshman Grant Hill or better if he were 100%. Can run the court. Athletically gifted talent - meaning he's not just an athlete, but he has gifts - such as the alley-oop play and the blocks and if he were 100% all year I think you'd see a player flying down the court scoring a ton of transition buckets, blocking shots, getting steals, and making some big passes.
