Hartford vs NU - 2nd Half Thread

NU went 10-28 shooting. Team looked lethargic for most of the first half. Shouldn't they know by now they cant overlook anyone on the schedule?

Something is wrong with your offense when your 3rd string point guard (Greer 1-5) has more shots than your 6-11 starting forward with NBA bloodlines (Nance 1-3). Collins needs to get him more involved in the offense. I want him to take more than 10 shots a game.

The amount of missed shots is embarassing. You look at Nebraska and they are getting better and beating teams. We should get this crappy play out of our system by now. We will not win a game in the big ten if we play like this

Kopp, Buie, and Nance need to be the guys who are shooting the majority of our shots. Also Young needs to stop dribbling every time he gets a good feed. He needs to learn to go up with the ball right away.

FWIW, Hartford actually lost to Merrimack on November 24. So tonight’s loss was arguably worse than our loss to Merrimack.

And yet, watch - we'll pull off 3-4 Big Ten wins where basically none are expected. This season, it's the growth we're watching for. Next season, that growth will start bearing fruit.
