I was just looking at that.

Also, all of our losses are to NCAA Tournament teams. Not sure the total amount of teams we’ve played that are in the NCAA Tournament

... played every OTHER one seed for a total of six games or more?
My first thought was one of the Big East teams in 2009, since 3 of them were #1s. UNC was the other #1 and didn't play any of them - therefore, none of the 1s that year played all the other 1s.

Yeah, someone on the Main Board mentioned 2009 but that it didn't happen then. My guess is that the best (only?) chance you have of this happening is with three teams from the same league...

Maybe but theoretically if we had played MSU in the B10/ACC challenge and the B10 was worth y of a 1 seed that year we could have played 2 outside the conference...if you get my drift. Its obviously extremely rare but can could happen again with a happenstance of scheduling etc

I doubt anyone has played 6 games against 1 seeds before the tournament.

But, I do know that Purdue played all four Final 4 teams during the 2000 season (Michigan State, Florida, Wisconsin, UNC). UNC was the only one of those 4 schools that they didn't beat.

I highly doubt it... ‘09 BigEast had 3 #1 seeds but I also remember that all 3 of those #1 seeds lost in the first round of BigEast tournament lmao so I highly doubt it.
