For those fatties that can't decide between ranch dressing and ketchup, you can soak your for food in Kranch. Look for it in a Walmart near you. Also available in MayoMust and MayoCue flavor mashups.

I love ketchup and ranch but I'm not sure if this sounds good or disgusting lol. I'll probably try it though.

Another good condiment mashup is a 60%-40% mix of ketchup and dijon mustard for french fries. It adds a lot of zip plus the mixture is much lower in calories than straight ketchup. This was actually the "secret sauce" of a fish place called the Cape Codder in Louisville back in the 70's.

Firehouse subs has it on their brisket sub. It sounds gross but its delicious

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one.

Their brisket sub is excellent, but I get it without mayo. One time I forgot to tell them, and I didn't like it.

I guess I'm just not a mayo guy.

boo-hiss . . . never put crap like that on a good steak. Never. A good steak needs little more than the steak itself. Needs to be at or near room temp. before grilling. Brush it with olive oil then throw some kosher salt on both sides. Grill it. brush a little more olive oil during the grill if it looks like it needs it. Sprinkle a bit more kosher salt too if needed. If you want to, some course ground black pepper while the oil is still wet but just a tad. a TAD. Never grill all the way to medium. Every person who has ever learned this simple (and for some reason secret) technique never goes back. Sorry for being Mr. know-it-all out of the blue, but it chars my strips when somebody screws up a decent steak.

Also, never grill fillets. T-bones are the best cut of meat and the fillet is the part in the middle of the t-bone anyway.

I think the mayomust would be good with chicken nuggets.
I have made that for years. It's a great dip for chicken and potato stuff like fries, tots, & Ruffles. It's also phenomenal with pretzels.

These are really just simple 2 ingredient dressings really.

When I served tables some people would say they hated mayo and then order a gallon of ranch to dip stuff in. In my head I'm like that's a ton of mayo flavored with garlic and onions and thinned out with just a bit of milk you freaking idiot. Rafferty's made their own dressings in house and we went through 30-35 5 gallon containers of mayo every week. That's about 1.1 million calories of mayo served weekly!!

Rafferty’s chicken strip sauce is the best sauce ever invented. Do you have that recipe???!
Raffertys has the best of a few things. The best loaded fries, club sandwich, a and house salad. The stuff you put on the fries is incredible. Not to mention their house salad dressing is the greatest as well

Yes, it is their Honey Mustard mixed 50/50 with their BBQ sauce. LOL!! I think they use Back Yard BBQ sauce. But their honey mustard is made in house so you would have to find something close for that part. Zaxby's is very similar with Worcestshire sauce also added.

The proper way to cook a steak, any steak, is however you want to cook it. Own it.
