espin is already catching Flack for the way they handled the announcement of the three finalists. They had a designated Sportscaster assigned to each of the other two, who gave all of their stats and accomplishments, but Baker's weren't mentioned...They have to be chapped that they weren't able to control this voting!

I believe that may help Baker's popularity...There seem to be a LOT of Anti-espin Football Fans...

That and the Army-Navy game will take care of filling this week but it will be a Long 3 until the next time we have a gameday to get up for and CELEBRATE

That's a very talented crew, and from what I've seen, the only reason they didn't have at least five invited to the announcement ceremonies was cost.

There's also another possibility. A LOT of the sportscasters at eSPiN have very high regard for Baker. It's certainly possible that they invited (I think for the 2nd year in a row) only 3 so that more time could be spent highlighting the top 3, with perhaps a bit of extra time allotted to a better profile section on our guy.
