Help --- I want to re-subscribe my recently expired subscription but "the system" won't allow me to

I keep getting the message "email is already in use". Is there a human being at on3 or BWI who can help me? on3 makes it virtually impossible to contact someone (as in a human being) to straighten out what should be a simple problem. It's pretty bad when what you want to do is purchase their product and it's made so difficult to do so. Thanks.

Email in use user name in use it seems a lot of people had that problem including myself finally said screw it.

I've been trying to get an on3 human being to assist me for several weeks. Can you imagine a business that seems to care so little about their customers? Tom McAndrew is trying to help me, so I do appreciate that. The irony is twofold --- I've been with BWI since the inception, going all the back to the G+W Report days, and all I want to do is RENEW my subscription. FWIW, I'm also getting very close to your "screw it" stage.

Did you use the "contact" link under the "About" tab?

Several years ago I wanted to cancel my sub and had no issues. They were very attentive.
